We also offer On-Site Tech support for customers within the NW Arkansas, Southern Missouri, and Eastern Oklahoma areas. Some of the services include assisting customers in learning to use Windows based software as well as diagnosing problems the customer is having and provide a solution for them. We pride ourselves with personable one-on-one support and we treat all customers with genuine uniqueness in each situation. Rates vary per job. Please note that we are offering repair services to customers who have systems that are no longer under warranty. For lessons, or assistance in software issues, currently the Windows system is preferred but not required.
