Just purchased a new computer and not sure where to start?
Let us set up your new Mac or PC and back up your data from your old computer!

This service includes:

· The set up one PC or Mac computer system, including the computer plus monitor, keyboard, mouse and speakers
· Organize wires and cables with your cable ties (ties provided at an extra charge)
· Install one new software application (software not included)
· Install one peripheral or external device (e.g., printers/scanners) (device not included)
· Configure your new computer to access your existing Internet account and one existing e-mail account
· Test your computer to make sure it is functioning properly

Note: Setup excludes moving or removing an existing computer system.

When performing a one-time data backup or transfer, a technician will:

· Back up or transfer your computer data to another medium (e.g., CD or DVD, internal or external hard drive, network-attached storage or another computer)
· Import the data into an installed program or location (when performing a data transfer)

Note: File transfer includes up to 9.4GB of data; larger amounts of data can be accommodated for an additional charge. Applications cannot be transferred. Data backup/transfer service excludes recovering any lost data.

Computer Diagnostic - $99.99

Let a technician figure out what ails your computer, and propose a course of treatment; diagnostic fee will be applied toward any repairs

Is your computer not performing the way it should be? Our technicians can diagnose the problem and provide you with a quick solution that will get it up to speed swiftly! The fee for the computer diagnostic does not include any hardware or software repairs, but the diagnostic fee will be applied toward any repairs you want us to complete on that computer.

As part of this in-home service, a technician will:

· Troubleshoot and diagnose one PC or device
· Test all the hardware and software associated with the device for proper functionality
· Make recommendations (including a cost estimate) for repairs or upgrades to help the device achieve peak performance

Note: Repair service is not included.

On-Site One-Time Data Backup or Transfer - $139.99

Have of our technicians take the hassle out of transferring your data by allowing us to back up your data or transfer files from an old computer over to your new PC or Mac.

When performing a one-time data transfer or backup, we will:

· Transfer or back up your computer data to another medium (e.g., CD or DVD, internal or external hard drive, network-attached storage or another computer)
· Import the data into an installed program or location (when performing a data transfer)

Note: File transfer includes up to 9.4GB of data; larger amounts of data can be accommodated for an additional charge. Applications cannot be transferred. Technicians can provide a CD or DVD. Excludes nontransferable applications and programs. Data backup/transfer service excludes recovering any lost data; in such a situation.

Let us take the hassle out of setting up your new PC or Mac. A techincian will configure your email and get you online.

Service includes:

· Physically set up one PC or Mac computer system, including the computer plus monitor, keyboard, mouse and speakers
· Configure your new computer to access your existing Internet account and one existing email account so you can get online faster
· Hook up a printer, external hard drive or other external device so you're ready to go the minute you log on
· Install one software application of your choice (software not included)
